This is something I've got to take pics of when the time comes. But I have no idea when she's going to do it. You can read the article in: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/7590346.stm
Here's the article:
Sheep to march over London Bridge
A woman who was made a Freeman of the City of London last year is to exercise her right to drive sheep across London Bridge to highlight two causes.
Amanda Cottrell, from Challock in Kent, aims to promote attempts to raise £50m to restore Canterbury Cathedral and a scheme backing local food production.
She will be joined by Viscount Linley and historian Dr David Starkey.
The right of Freemen of the City to drive sheep across the bridge is a privilege dating from the 11th Century.
Mrs Cottrell, 67, a former High Sheriff of Kent, said: "This is a unique and, I hope, effective way to raise the profile of both these issues. I am very much looking forward to the event.
Hold tight
"Something like this hasn't happened for about 10 years so it's a huge deal.
"It's a fantastic way of promoting two causes but we will have to hold on to the sheep because the police are concerned they might launch themselves into the Thames."
The campaign raise funds to restore Canterbury Cathedral was started in 2006.
Fundraisers have said deteriorating stonework and a leaking roof mean parts of the Kent cathedral might have to be closed unless the cash is raised.
The cathedral, which was founded by St Augustine in 597 and is visited by about a million people each year, has been damaged by age, pollution and World War II bombs.
